Bubbel is a hyperlocal community platform that connects people within their local area, operated by Bubbel Pop UK Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bubbel mobile application ("the App"). By creating an account you agree to these terms in full.
Bubbel is currently operating as an early-access product. Features and policies may change as we grow.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bubbel. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and associated data promptly.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or impersonate another person. You must provide accurate information when registering.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.

You retain ownership of content you create (posts, messages, images). By posting content on Bubbel, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We are not liable for any content posted by users.
Bubbel is built around kindness and local connection. We expect all users to treat one another with respect. Content reported as abusive, offensive, or in violation of these terms will be reviewed and may be removed. Repeat offenders will be banned.
All intellectual property in the App itself — including its design, code, branding, and original content — belongs to Bubbel Pop UK Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without our written permission.
We aim to keep Bubbel available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The App is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about its fitness for any particular purpose.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubbel Pop UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, reputational harm, or financial loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
